SCHOOL MISSION/DESCRIPTION

Holy Heart currently has an enrollment of 1275 students and offers curriculum for Levels I to IV as prescribed by the Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Education. Holy Heart is proud to deliver International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement programs which provides opportunities for students to attain post-secondary credits and placement.

There are over 60 rooms at Holy Heart including choral, instrumental, family studies, skilled trades and technology, art and a gymnasium.  HHM also hosts English as an Additional Language rooms of instruction and physics, chemistry, biology and physical science laboratories. Other specialized areas include a Learning Resource Center, Positive Action for Student Success classroom, partnership with Upstream, and an  Audio Visual Center, International Baccalaureate classes, Guidance Center and Special Services center and classrooms. All areas are an integral part of the educational experience at Holy Heart of Mary High School.
