Hiring Overview
It is the policy of NLSchools to staff the schools with the best qualified personnel and to use all personnel according to their training and skill, the needs of the schools, and the terms of employment as specified in employee contracts.

NLSchools currently employs more than 9000 teaching and support staff and provides a positive, team-oriented work environment that allows individuals to meet their full potential. Hiring and assignment of all positions will be made without regard to race, colour, ancestry, place of origin, political belief, religion, marital status, family status, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, or age (unless based on a bona fide occupational requirement).

Current educational opportunities and application procedures are available from the menu links at the top of this page or from the links below.

PLEASE NOTE: As we transition to NLSchools, some sections of this employment system will still be referencing NLESD and the District until transition of the system is complete. Sorry for any confusion this may cause.

NOTE: While you have the ability to view employment positions, you need to have a valid profile and be signed in to apply.
