Villanova Junior High has a long history on the beautiful shores of Conception Bay. Situated along the historic Manuels River, Villanova opened under its new name, and a new configuration, in it's new building, in September 2002. Prior to that time, Villanova Junior High was better known as St. Thomas of Villanova. As St. Thomas of Villanova the school boasted a long history and at various times served not only as a junior high but also served as a senior high and a primary/elementary building. Throughout its history, the school developed a reputation for providing a quality education to students in what is now referred to as Conception Bay South. At the beginning of the 2007-2008 school year our configuration changed again. We are now a grade 5 to 8 school.
