Please be advised that the Board of Trustees of the Newfoundland and Labrador English School District will hold a special meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 10th, 2016. The purpose of this meeting will be to table a notice of motion to close Whitbourne Elementary in June 2017 and have students rezoned to attend Woodland Elementary effective September 2017.

The meeting will be held at the District Conference Centre, 40 Strawberry Marsh Road, St. John’s. Most trustees will participate by teleconference.

This meeting will be open to the public. The agenda for the meeting can be found attached below.
